This foundation led him to refine his craft at Makeup Designory (MUD) in Burbank, CA .

Jake is currently leading the Mask Department for Broadway’s Wicked and contributed to major films like Ghostbusters: Afterlife and Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. He has also department-headed indie hits like Last Stop in Yuma County (dir. Francis Galluppi) and Bloody Bridget (dir. Richard Elfman).

Throughout his career, he has worked alongside Oscar-winning and industry legends like Matthew Mungle, Arjen Tuiten, and Michael McCracken Jr. His talent has been featured in Dark Beauty Mag, Stunning Beauty Mag, and Makeup Designory’s catalog, with SPFX work for Beyoncé, Shotgun Willy, and Derek Pope.
